  • Ongoing sessions last 33 minutes and require no effort — just sit back and relax. The client can listen to music, watch a movie, sleep or work if desired.

  • The coach monitors shifts over time and gathers feedback when appropriate.

  • Changes can be subtle and vary widely — improvements may include more focus, better sleep, less emotional reactivity, or greater calm.
