What to Expect:
The first session for each participant is about 1 hour and includes a brief check-in with the coach to understand their general functioning and needs.
Ongoing sessions last 33 minutes and require no effort — just sit back and relax. The client can listen to music, watch a movie, sleep or work if desired.
The coach monitors shifts over time and gathers feedback when appropriate.
Changes can be subtle and vary widely — improvements may include more focus, better sleep, less emotional reactivity, or greater calm.
